Whole Beef ($10.49/lb)

A whole beef is the full animal, custom-cut to your specifications. You’ll receive approximately 400–500 pounds of packaged, frozen beef including steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef, and any specialty cuts you request. This is the most economical way to stock your freezer for the year, and it gives you complete control over how your beef is cut and packaged.

We’ll work with you and our processor to build a custom cut sheet — choose your steak thicknesses, roast sizes, ground beef packaging, and whether you want bones, organs, and specialty items. Expect to need approximately 20–25 cubic feet of freezer space.

Half Beef ($11.49/lb)

A half beef (also called a side) gives you approximately 200–250 pounds of packaged, frozen beef.  You’ll get a proportional mix of all the cuts from the animal — steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground — custom-cut to your preferences. A half is the sweet spot for families who want the savings of buying in bulk without needing a commercial-sized freezer.

You’ll fill out a cut sheet just like a whole beef buyer, choosing how you want your steaks, roasts, and ground packaged. Plan on 10–12 cubic feet of freezer space.

Quarter Beef ($12.49/lb)

A quarter beef gives you approximately 100–125 pounds of packaged, frozen beef — a manageable amount that fits in a standard chest freezer or a large kitchen freezer. You’ll receive a balanced selection of steaks, roasts, and ground beef.

Because a quarter is split from a half, the cut options are slightly less customizable than a whole or half, but you’ll still get a great variety of cuts. This is the best entry point for families new to buying beef in bulk.

Pricing

Our bulk beef is priced per pound of actual meat in your freezer — not "hanging weight" that includes bones, trim, and moisture you'll never eat. The price you see is the price you pay: no separate processing fees, no yield math, no surprises.
